We started to think seriously about buying our first house in August 2008. We knew Jason through a good friend so we decided to contact him. He was very prompt with responding, and we set up a meeting that week. We had no previous experience with buying a home other than looking online at some listings. Jason was so patient with us, he explained everything about buying a home in terms we understood. Jason was so knowledgeable about everything! What to look for, assessing our needs and he even knew about the construction aspects of a home. He always made time for us and answered any questions we had. Within one week he had properties to show us and he didn't waste our time with houses we wouldn't consider buying. He listened so well to what we wanted and made us feel so confident! We put in an offer on a home we saw that week and it was accepted! Jason was always there if we needed to call him and he treated us like family. He looked out for our best interests and advocated on our behalf. Throughout this whole experience he was always so reassuring, thoughtful, attentive and a wonderful person to deal with and have by our side. When we sell our house in the future we will definitely be contacting Jason. He is a true friend and an outstanding person. Jason is one in a million!
